The recruiting process may seem daunting at first. We hope that by providing an easy-to-understand resource, we can reduce the effort in finding information and help families navigate through the process successfully.

The guide is based on countless interviews with families on the college coaches, families on the recruiting journey, successfully recruited athletes, and recruiting consultants. The Balltime platform has been helping hundreds of families on the recruiting journey (and saving them thousands of hours in the process). In this guide, we hope to bring together the collective experience of our team, our users, and our partners and harness the power of community to build it together!
